Don’t have a Halloween costume yet? Don’t worry, neither do we. When the subject of costumes came up in the Rugby offices, we agreed that the ultimate objective this season is to work with items we can actually wear more than once. (Live in infamy, last year’s $150 fur-trimmed tutu!) To that end, we came up with five chic Halloween options for ourselves based on fall Rugby items already in our wardrobes — and then generously decided to share them with you. Blair’s mini skirt is a wear-at-your-own-risk proposition when the temps did below 30.
